News from North Korea – Is a border opening imminent?

The event “Neues aus Nordkorea – Steht eine Öffnung kurz bevor?” (“News from North Korea – Is a border opening imminent?”) outlined the background of the current development in North Korea, the relationship between North Korea and the USA as well as advances in the relationship between North Korea and the Republic of Korea. Discussions with experts were aimed at realistically illustrating the current Situation in North Korea and the Republic of Korea and the sustainability of this development.

The event was organized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Frankfurt am Main and by the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in coorperation with the German-Korean Business Association (DKW e.V.). Participants had the opportunity to use this extraordinary networking event about Korea to obtain information about the business opportunities with Korea and to socialize with new people. Afterwards, the German-Korean Business Association sponsored a get-together.
